What is a Diversity Case Study program?
BV Foundation will provide students the opportunity to develop and work on case studies. The Case Study is the collection and presentation of detailed information about a particular participant or small group, frequently including the accounts of subjects themselves. A form of qualitative descriptive research, the case study looks intensely at an individual or small participant pool, drawing conclusions only about that participant or group and only in that specific context.
The students will serve as researchers, who focus on the discovery of a universal, generalized truth. The students will look for cause-effect relationships; and place emphasis on exploration and description. The Case Study will improve the performance of the students’ leadership skills and make the students ready to meet the difficult challenges of today’s economy and business world regardless of the students major. The exposure the students will receive will provide those challenges and afford them the opportunities to develop skills in research and presentation.
